Reservations
Appointments are recommended. You will be notified the day before your reservation to confirm your date and time with a phone call, email or text, whichever is your preference.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to honor
a reservation, please give us a call within 24 hours. A 48-hour cancellation notice
is required for multiple salon services.
Punctuality
Since our technicians work within a structured schedule, we ask that you arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. After a 10-minute tardiness, it will be up to your technician’s discretion, if it is necessary to reschedule the appointment.
Multiple Salon Services
Credit card required. If you are unable to honor a reservation, please give us a
courtesy call within 48 hours. A credit card or gift certificate will be necessary to
reserve time for multiple salon services. A charge equal to 50% of the service will
be charged to the credit card held in instance that the party fails to cancel within
48 hours. Special exceptions provided (only) for unusual or extraordinary circumstances.
Guarantee
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your service. If for any reason you are not happy with the results, please let us know within seven days. We will correct the challenge to your satisfaction.
Cell Phones
For the comfort of all our salon guests please switch your cell phone to the silent
mode in the salon area.
Payment
Cash, local checks and most major credit cards are accepted.
Tax may apply where applicable.
Children’s Policy
For the safety of loved ones, we ask that children only visit the salon when they are receiving services.
